Shipping policy

Please confirm your shipping address before processing order. K'sthetics Beauty, LLC will not accept responsibility for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

Shipping rates are calculated by USPS and are based on shipping distance and the weight of the package. Once USPS has received your package for shipping, we will provide you with your tracking number, and we are no longer responsible for the transportation of the package. 

 

 In the event that USPS misplaces your package, you must contact USPS directly to file a claim (Priority Mail Only) or to obtain more information on the location of your package.
